For each new prototyping project, we assign a project manager to monitor the project. He or she coordinates the in-house teams on the Milc side, leads project monitoring meetings, anticipates risks and ensures that deadlines, costs and technical requirements are met. In our industrialisation office, the production method enables us to organise the industrial transfer. For each project, we define an operating range detailing each manufacturing stage.
