Pilot run enables us to validate technical choices, optimise manufacturing processes and secure industrialisation before launching mass production. Depending on our customers’ needs and the level of product maturity, we write operating procedures and structure, and reinforce product parts lists.

tooling design
The design of tools in the pre-series phase aims to faithfully reproduce the conditions of mass production. These tools, which are often specialised, facilitate assembly, guarantee repeatability and ensure the safety of manual or semi-automated operations. Their development enables us to identify the adjustments needed to ensure a balance between quality, production rate and cost.

validation of operating procedures
The operating procedures are defined in parallel with the pre-series run to describe each assembly stage. It includes times, resources, stations and associated controls. This precise structuring enables flows to be optimised, gestures to be standardised and human and technical requirements to be anticipated with a view to mass production.
