In mid-April, our team completed the pre-series of XC mountain bike frames for Kovac Course.
For this project, Milc manufactured the frames, welded from high-quality alloy tubes with outstanding mechanical properties and thin tube thicknesses.
A real technical achievement by our welders, who must apply all their expertise in welding to work with these tubes without compromising their strength, the final geometry, or the quality of the weld seams. Welding is a central part of our DNA, and the perceived quality of welded seams is our obsession. From the very beginning, we have constantly sought to optimise our mastery of this fusion welding process.
In fact, this project began back in 2024, when the brand asked us to develop the prototype for their bike. We then went on to manufacture the pre-series at our factory in the Pyrenees
