“An easy to handle and comfortable bike”: this is how Laurent described in a few words his BMX City, entirely handmade!
A 100% custom bike
Here is the BMX City designed by Laurent Garrigues, boilermaker-welder at Milc. His guidelines for this project were focused on designing a fun bicycle that could defy the urban jungle. Laurent wanted a very simple bike to manufacture with minimal maintenance.
Laurent’s plan : a BMX base, replacement of the top tube, seat tube and seat stays. Modification of the geometry for a better riding position. Equipment and paintwork refurbished. And voilà, a custom bike.
It took him 8 hours to custom this bike, on his free time, using Milc Industry’s industrial production tools.
