At Milc, we produce pilot series for bicycles, but also for light mobility vehicles!
Welding has been completed for the pilot series of ten vehicles for our customer Maillon Mobility. Maillon Mobility is a French company offering covered cargo bikes for the daily commute of professionals (local authorities, craftsperson, delivery drivers, and more) manufactured in France.
For this project, we worked on several elements:
- welding of the front cradle sub-assembly, to which the entire steering system is attached,
- reworking of the bores that house the headset cups,
- welding of sub-assembly parts,
- riveting of inserts on the side members.
These parts are ready to leave our factory and will then be painted. This project showcases our expertise in welding complex structures.
