Since January 2024, Julie Maucourt has been a member of the Milc technical team, working in assembly and logistics. She is notably involved in wheel assembly and finished-product integration, ensuring that quality control procedures are met and that each client’s specific packaging requirements are respected. “I am proud to see the finished product leave our factory. It is the result of the combined technical expertise of everyone at Milc.”
Like 100% of the team, Julie is passionate about cycling. A certified instructor for more than twenty years and a professional mountain bike rider, she practices downhill and enduro riding on a daily basis.
Before joining Milc, Julie followed a diverse professional path: five years in the printing industry, nine years as a childminder, followed by work as a ski lift operator. Ultimately, her passion for mountain biking led her to Milc.
Within the Fler Group, Julie values the shared moments with the rest of the team, the strong team spirit, and the positive group dynamic. Being part of the Fler Group also means contributing to the collective development and taking part in discussions about the different group members, such as during the Flerdays. This sense of community extends beyond the workplace as well: “We all get along well, we spend time together outside of work, and we ride together. That is also what it means to be part of a collective”.
